As a Hire Desk Controller, you will be the crucial link between our clients, the engineering team, and the transport department. Your role ensures that the right equipment is available and delivered to customer sites on time, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Hire Desk Controller Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Enquiries: Handle hire enquiries via telephone, email, and online ordering system.
- Machine Availability: Monitor and update machine availability statuses in the system.
- Coordination: Work closely with engineering and transport teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery of equipment.
- Communication: Serve as a friendly and helpful point of contact for depot enquiries, ensuring effective communication with colleagues and customers.
Qualifications and Experience needed for the Hire Desk Controller:
