A well -established Building Contractor based near St Helens are looking to recruit a Senior Electrical Manager to join their busy Electrical division.

The company deliver commercial installation projects for a wide range of public and private sector clients throughout the North West

The role will involve overseeing the management, coordination, and successful delivery of several electrical projects. You will also be responsible for the management of one other Contracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage electrical contracts from inception to completion.
  • Lead project planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise site teams and subcontractors, ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any challenges.
  • Provide technical expertise and problem-solving solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in electrical contracting processes.

You will have a proven track record in delivering electrical installation projects within the Commercial sector, along with experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, commercial awareness and a good level are IT skills are also essential requirements for this role
