We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager / Project Manager to oversee a significant 40-week steel frame office block project. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a key project from start to finish and potentially advance to a Contracts Manager role upon successful completion, demonstrating exceptional performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead the 40-week steel frame office block project, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
  • Team Coordination: Manage and oversee on-site teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  • Health & Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality throughout the project, addressing any issues or deviations promptly.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for the client, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep the project on track.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing steel frame construction projects from start to finish.
