Our renowned facilities services client are looking for a Helpdesk Operator to join them on a permanent basis.
You'll be working with commercial clients to ensure they receive proactive repairs and maintenance to their buildings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally from a FM/Engineering/Utilities/Construction background
- Understanding of KPI's / SLA's (not essential, desirable)
- Fantastic communication skills
