Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Residential Development Manager with a strong background in land acquisition. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying and securing prime land opportunities, overseeing the development process, and ensuring the successful delivery of residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Land Acquisition: Identify, evaluate, and secure land opportunities for residential development projects.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and feasibility studies to assess potential development sites.

Planning and Development: Oversee the planning and development process, ensuring compliance with local regulations and zoning laws.

Project Management: Manage all aspects of the development process from acquisition to project completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with landowners, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.

Financial Analysis: Prepare detailed financial models and reports to support land acquisition and development decisions.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including architects, engineers, and sales teams, to ensure cohesive project execution.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with land acquisition and development projects.

Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and progress.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential development and land acquisition.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of the residential property market, land acquisition processes, and development regulations. Also, extensive knowledge of both Pre and Post Construction.
