? Job Details:- Position: Specialist Children's Support Worker- Location: Lovely Primary School in Rainhill- Type: Full-Time - 6 Months with the possibility ti lead into a permanent role�? About the Role:As a Specialist Children's Support Worker, you will work on a 1:1 basis and in groups with children who have challenging behaviours. Your role will involve providing tailored support, guidance, and encouragement to help these children overcome obstacles and reach their full potential. Experience working with SEN children is a must for this role.�? Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with children on a 1:1 basis and in group settings to support their social, emotional, and educational needs.- Implement strategies and interventions to manage challenging behaviours and promote positive outcomes.- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a holistic support plan for each child.- Provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where children feel valued and respected.??
