Reed Finance are partnered with a growing, international business in St Ives in their search for a Senior Accountant.
This is a newly created position to support the CFO, with responsibilities for the UK business and global group.

Given the nature of the role we are looking for someone with several years of relevant experience. A formal accounting qualification would be great but we welcome applications from part-qualified and QBE accountants with strong experience.
Responsibilities will include:
- Month end close and review of General Ledger activity.
- Production of group financial statements.
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Accruals and prepayments.
- Treasury management
- Monthly calculation of royalties and quarterly reporting.
- Variance analysis.
- Assisting with the external audit.
- Assisting Head of Finance with group quarterly consolidation and group quarterly consolidation.
We are looking for a team player with strong communication skills. An understanding and previous use of a finance system / ERP is also required and advanced Excel skills would be a huge positive.
