Our client based in St Ives is seeking a proactive and self-motivated Credit Controller with good people skills to join the wider finance team and play a pivotal role in providing support for their UK and global accounts.Key Responsibilities:

  • Chasing debts in a timely manner ensuring that relationships are maintained
  • Managing aged debt levels
  • Generate monthly reports
  • Carrying out credit checks for new and existing accounts
  • Looking after challenging accounts and reviewing course of action required as appropriate
  • Coordinating with external agencies for escalated accounts
  • Posting payments
  • System and process review and implementation of adjustments as appropriate
