Our award-winning client based near St Ives are looking to recruit a Health and Safety and Compliance officer on a fulltime permanent basis. Reporting to the Director you will ensure the business adheres to all relevant Health and safety legislation.
Job role of Health and Safety, Compliance Officer: -
- Ensure staff to adhere to health and safety practices with the full support of the board fo directors.
- Performance monitoring and compliance
- Collating statistical information for health and safety management
- Evidence compliance within auditing
- Undertake inspections on site and working at heights
- Present information in forms, tables and spreadsheets
- Development of a robust management system and assisting the directors finding the right strategy for H&S moving forward.
- Two-fold ensuring compliance is in place internally and with our product range
- Chair H&S Committee and liaise with Directors with actions/solutions
To be considered for this role you MUST have NEBOSH L3 qualification or equivalent and have worked within a similar role. The company offer an attractive salary plus excellent benefits and the role is Monday to Friday day shift.
