Our client is an independent, property company based in Cambridgeshire. They have a rare opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Specific responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring high occupancy levels at all times
  • Create quality adverts to attract prospective tenants
  • Respond to incoming enquiries in a timely fashion
  • Arrange and attend viewings
  • Confirm new tenants and maintain ongoing relations
  • Liaise with tenants regarding maintenance queries
  • Assist with the continued growth of the business
  • Any other relevant duties as required

Minimum requirements

  • Significant and relevant experience within the property industry
  • Competent in the use of IT including email, internet and databases
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A track record of being proactive, multitasking, and able to prioritise and co-ordinate own work
  • An ambitious, team-player, happy to work collaboratively
