We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Officer to join an organisation in St Leonards. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, ensure confidentiality, and assist in delivering services to the public.

Duties include:

• Take minutes and distribute records of complex meetings.

• Improve administrative duties (telephone cover, office systems, meeting arrangements, diaries).

• Produce and distribute correspondence and reports.

• Input, process, retrieve, and analyse data.

• Liaise with staff, clients, and agencies, ensuring compliance.

• Establish and monitor filing systems. • Support managers (diary management, travel planning, event support, meetings).
