Are you a Property Manager looking to join a close-knit office environment, where you will be supported through funded courses, in a collaborative and exciting new role for a well-established company?
In this office based role you will be managing a portfolio of 40 units, handling block properties across the South coast. This will include visiting sites to liaise with clients, perform periodic inspections, and attend residential meetings.
This sales lettings and block management company were founded nearly 30 years and foster a collaborative and supportive culture throughout all their offices, promoting a healthy work-life balance. They aim to continue their steady expansion through this brand new role due to increased workload.
This varied role would suit a Property Manager looking to get into block management where they will be rewarded with continuous support and a funded qualification to help them progress their career.
The Role:
- Manage a range of block properties in a local patch
- Undertake inspections and arrange planned and reactive maintenance
- Oversee budgets, service charges, rent payments and other associated financial duties
- Fully office based, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
The Person:
- Property Manager or similar
- Full UK Driving License
- Looking for an office based role
