Are you a Property Manager looking to join a close-knit office environment, where you will be supported through funded courses, in a collaborative and exciting new role for a well-established company?

In this office based role you will be managing a portfolio of 40 units, handling block properties across the South coast. This will include visiting sites to liaise with clients, perform periodic inspections, and attend residential meetings.

The Role:

Manage a range of block properties in a local patch
Undertake inspections and arrange planned and reactive maintenance
Oversee budgets, service charges, rent payments and other associated financial duties
Fully office based, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
