  • The position offers a salary of £11.50 per hour with rotating shifts from 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00, and training hours from 08:00 to 16:00.
  • Applicants are expected to be good team players with strong communication skills and must be flexible to work overtime as required.

Our clients are a well established organisation located in St Neots, specializing in large projects on a national scale.

Their turnkey approach makes them one of the leaders in their field and helps their customers to manage every aspect of their project. They are looking for a production Operative to join their busy despatch department on a temporary - permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities

  • Preparing products for Fabrication including measuring, templating and accurately hand trimming products to plan.
  • Welding and Eyeleting products as required.
  • Prioritising work based on the defined schedule and liaising with team members to ensure products are completed and ready to be packed on time and to specification.
  • Other general duties as required by management / team lead.

Requirements

  • Experience in working with printer product within an industrial environment is preferred.
  • Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is essential.
  • High level of organisation is vital.
  • Must be a good team player with great communication skills.
  • Flexible approach and ability to do overtime where required.
  • Excellent time keeping.

Hours & Pay

06:00 until 14:00 / 14:00 until 22:00 – Monday – Friday (rotating shifts)

08:00 until 16:00 (whilst training)

       £11.50 per hour
