Quality Health and Safety ManagerCambridge, St Neots and Beford Area Working Hours – Monday - FridayAs the Quality Health and Safety Manager you will be responsible for the quality of the manufactured components, the quality, health & safety and environmental process within the factory as well as overseeing the metrology/inspection department.Key Responsibilities as a QHSE Manager:
  • Overall responsibility for the Quality Department and all QA and QC employees across all sites
  • Responsibility on all aspects of Health and Safety for the Company, assuring we comply with up to-date legislation
  • Understand customer requirements to assist in continuous improvement of all Quality Management processes across the organisation
  • Maintain and develop the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring that its operation is understood across the organisation, and supporting the Management Team in monitoring and  maintaining the following in accordance with Business Management System
Essential Skills as a QHSE Manager:
  • Quality and health and safety experience in a high precision manufacturing (ideally aerospace)
  • Familiar with QMS systems
  • Metrology/inspection background
