Branch Manager - St Neots
The Package:
- Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)
- OTE: £50,000+
- Supplementary Payments: 5 months of supplementary payments while building your pipeline

Key Responsibilities:- Office & Team Management: Take charge of the day-to-day running of the office and manage the team to ensure high performance.
- Coaching & Development: Provide coaching to your team to help them develop their skills and progress in their careers.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
- Business Growth: Drive business growth by exceeding targets and finding new opportunities.
- Valuation & Instruction: Manage the process of valuing and instructing properties for the market.
- Sales Progression: Handle sales progression and maintain regular contact with clients.
- Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and support for your team.
- Experience: Previous experience in estate agency is essential, with a proven track record of success in residential sales.
- Ambitious & Results-Driven: Enthusiastic, ambitious, and focused on achieving goals.
- Communication Skills: Well-presented, communicative, and articulate, with strong interpersonal skills.

- Full UK Driving License: Must hold a valid driving license.
