The Role:As Corporate Tax Director, you will be responsible for driving key tax advisory projects, including:

Leading complex tax restructures, share schemes, and other strategic tax planning initiatives.

Overseeing Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) work - providing expert tax structuring advice and conducting detailed due diligence on both buy-side and sell-side transactions.

Ensuring full tax compliance, mitigating risk, and identifying opportunities for enhanced tax efficiencies.

Collaborating closely with legal, finance, and senior leadership teams to ensure tax strategies align with overall business goals.

Proven experience in corporate tax advisory at a senior level.

Strong expertise in M&A tax structuring and due diligence.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level.
