Are you a seasoned Corporate Tax professional looking to take the next step in your career? A high-growth firm in the Midlands and Staffordshire is seeking a Corporate Tax Director to lead strategic tax projects and play a key role in the firm's ongoing expansion.

The Role:

As Corporate Tax Director, you will be responsible for driving key tax advisory projects, including:

  • Leading complex tax restructures, share schemes, and other strategic tax planning initiatives.

  • Overseeing Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) work - providing expert tax structuring advice and conducting detailed due diligence on both buy-side and sell-side transactions.

  • Ensuring full tax compliance, mitigating risk, and identifying opportunities for enhanced tax efficiencies.

  • Collaborating closely with legal, finance, and senior leadership teams to ensure tax strategies align with overall business goals.

About You:
  • Proven experience in corporate tax advisory at a senior level.

  • Strong expertise in M&A tax structuring and due diligence.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level.
