After Sales Manager

Hixon, Staffordshire.

Acting as the focal point for after sales support, this role involves the provision of a world class, customer care focused service and spare parts function. The ideal candidate will have a customer focused approach, coupled with a desire to further develop the effectiveness of the after sales function.

Role Description.

Providing an effective and supportive after sales service to dealers on a UK wide & international basis.

Working closely with dealers to understand their spares and service requirements.

Selling additional services to dealers to facilitate revenue growth.

Provision of user training and technical product guidance.

Utilisation of the companies ERP system.

Management of the 3D parts portal.

Leading a competent team of 6 experienced members of staff.

Building rapport with dealers to understand their challenges, provide necessary technical support and offer additional products / spare parts.

Working closely with multiple internal depts including warehousing, quality, engineering, sales.

Skills and Qualifications.

Automotive, Engineering or Manufacturing Industry experience.

After Sales, Sales Management or Customer Support/Service Management experience.

Ability to build rapport and relationships with a variety of stakeholders and decision makers.

Strong communication skills and organisational ability.

Basic Mechanical Engineering knowledge (desirable).

Ambition, passion and motivated to do a great job.
