Business Development Manager
I’m currently working with a successful manufacturer who have an excellent employer brand, having recently won awards for their workplace’s culture, benefits, and progression. This company have been on an impressive growth journey, now with a £21m turnover.
We’re looking for a field-based Business Development Manager who has experience delivering growth and using a consultative approach to identify the right solution the customer’s needs. Telesales skills and experience in the construction/contractor sector is ideal.
Your role will be focused on effectively managing enquiries passed to you, whilst utilising a database of historic customers to generate consistent and profitable business. You will be targeting construction contractors across the UK, therefore 1 to 2 overnight stays per month should be expected (all expenses covered).
Salary: £40k base salary + uncapped, monthly paid, commission (£8k OTE) + quarterly profit share (7% of salary) + car or mileage.
Location: Stafford, 1-2 days per week in the office, 3-4 days on the road visiting customers.
