The Candidate is currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead their marketing function and drive their continued success. This is a newly created role, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, and offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of the company's marketing efforts. The successful candidate will manage a small but dedicated marketing team and will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's ambitious growth objectives.
This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record of success in a senior leadership position, ideally with C-Suite/Marketing Director experience. They will possess a deep understanding of B2B marketing, particularly within a project-based business environment. Experience in the industrial, construction, manufacturing, or related sectors would be highly advantageous. A strong focus on lead generation and Account Based Marketing (ABM) is essential, as the company works with high-value clients on large-scale projects.
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a data-driven marketing strategy across all channels.
- Leading and mentoring the marketing team.
- Driving lead generation and brand awareness.
- Managing the marketing budget and resources effectively.
- Overseeing all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, events, and PR.
