Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Salary: £25,000 (OTE £60,000+) + Car Allowance + Fuel Card

Location: Stafford

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Field Sales Representative for a fantastic claims business in Stafford. The company requires someone who is confident, thick skinned and able to build relationships. This role would be a crucial role within the business so someone who is dedicated focused and able to work well under pressure is ideal.

This role requires travel around the region.

It is a 5 day a week opportunity (Saturday and Sunday being classified at weekdays also) - you would need to work the occasional weekend.

Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all customer service and relationship building is delivered to the highest-level making customers comfortable.
  • Cold calling & travel to sites at any time.
  • Outbound calls and building new relationships.
  • Providing an informative and warm experience to the customers.
  • Being a welcoming face for people.

The candidates requirements:

  • Previous Experience in the sales Industry would be ideal.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills as liaising with customers would be a key part of the role.
  • A confident, and empathetic individual who is happy to travel.
