Im hiring for a Learning and Development Advisor for my Staffordshire based client.
This group operates across Staffordshire and Shropshire and has won numerous awards for its willingness to go the extra mile to keep customers and staff safe.
They deliver repairs and maintenance services for more than 18,000 homes and employs over a 1, 000 staff across multiple companies.
Youll be responsible for the effective design, delivery and evaluation of training that enhance the employee skills and support my clients company objectives
Youll be accountable for delivering training for early careers, talent management, workforce planning and more
The details of the role are:
- £33,562 per annum
- 37 Hours per week
- Stafford office base / hybrid around
- Access to company vehicle.
- Travel will be required, however hybrid working will apply (business need dependant)
If you have CIPD 5, or equivalent, and at least 3 years of working a similar role, and set high standards of customer service.
