RM Recruit is working in partnership with our Stafford based international client to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a forward thinking business who have offices worldwide and also invest heavily in their employees whilst offering a great benefits package.

Main duties include:

  • Preparation of management accounts including full commentary
  • Reporting key information to wider stakeholders
  • Leading the finance team in support, training and development
  • Leading the annual and quarterly budgeting process
  • Presenting financial reports
  • Ensuring financial information is continuously updated
  • Continuously updating processes and procedures including controls
  • Business partnering with the wider business and stakeholders and ensuring strong communication between finance and other departments
  • Financial planning including overseeing cash flow
  • Oversee the transactional team with Team Leader reporting to the successful post holder
  • Provide and assist key information for both internal and external audit

As the ideal candidate, you will possess strong finance knowledge gained ideally in a multi subsidiary / international environment, however this is not essential. You will be qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) however, candidates who are QBE or Part Qualified with strong experience will be considered. There is study support on offer to those candidates who wish to complete their papers. Possessing the ability to analyse financial data, supervising a team and leading by example are key ingredients to being successful in this role.

The business offers a hybrid model whereby you will be working at their offices 3 days per week and they are looking to attract candidates who possess experience working in a large set up.
