The Role:

Our client is looking for a Head of Finance. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring the effective management of budgets, forecasting, and financial planning. This is a hands-on role where you'll provide insightful analysis to support key decision-making at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial reports.- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business performance.- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations.- Collaborate with senior leadership to support business growth and operational efficiency.- Provide financial insights and recommendations to guide decision-making.

About You:

- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.- A strategic thinker with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
