to lead our clients dedicated Accounts Payable team and ensure seamless operations within our finance department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase Ledger Oversight:

    • Manage the timely and accurate entry of purchase invoices.
    • Reconcile account balances with supplier statements each month.
    • Address payment requests, resolve discrepancies, and authorise necessary payments.
    • Ensure prompt payments to suppliers and oversee consignment stock balances.
  • Cash Book Management:

    • Accurately post transactions and handle payment inquiries.
    • Regularly reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash balances.
    • Collaborate with financial institutions to resolve any issues.
  • Expense and Payroll Administration:

    • Process staff expense claims and manage company credit card transactions.
    • Ensure compliance with authorisation protocols for expense submissions.
    • Oversee payroll processes, including statutory payments and employee records.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Guide the Accounts Payable team by setting clear objectives and development plans.
    • Conduct regular feedback sessions and coaching to support team success.
    • Recruit and train team members in alignment with organisational standards.
