This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £27 per hour. What You Will Do:

• Conduct assessments and provide direct interventions to children and young people with moderate to severe mental health needs.
• Manage and maintain a caseload, delivering person-centred treatment and interventions to foster the development of skills and strategies in young individuals.
• Collaborate with families, carers, schools, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care and support.
• Enhance your supervision skills by mentoring junior staff members and students.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and managerial appraisals to support your professional growth.
