We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Quotes and Invoicing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible forfostering strong relationships, and supporting the accounts team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen analytical mindset, and the ability to lead initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and retention. Ideally, you have a background in cleaning chemicals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, service offerings, and any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and solutions that meet client expectations.
- Prepare quotes and match products to client specifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management or a related field, with a strong understanding of cleaning chemicals.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
