What You Will Do:
- Lead Stafford Facility HR Improvement Projects, including induction and driving engagement initiatives.
- Support localised leadership development focusing on specific HR processes.
- Act as the Facility Risk Owner for Data Privacy, ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Support talent development processes by coordinating training and development initiatives.
- Provide support for employee relations processes and case work.
- Contribute to the administration of compensation programs and monitor performance evaluation programs.
What You Will Bring:
- Experience as a HR Advisor or Business Partner.
- HR technical knowledge including working knowledge of employment laws and HR processes.
- Decision making & critical thinking skills
- A degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Working knowledge of organisational effectiveness, decision making, and critical thinking.
- Effective verbal & written communication skills, with an ability to manage interpersonal relationships constructively.
- Experience in data gathering, reporting, and employee relations.
- An understanding of HR policies, standards, and procedures.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
