  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance resource management.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence reports using tools like MS Excel, MS Project, JIRA, and QlikSense.
  • Align future engineering resourcing with business development and financial teams.
  • Champion engineering productivity by improving resource visibility and utilisation.
  • Oversee the onboarding of engineers, including creating personal induction plans.
  • Identify and track training and development needs within the engineering team.

What are we looking for in our next Engineering Resource Analyst?

  • Higher diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience in resource management within a complex organisation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling and management.
  • Advanced experience with business reporting tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills for developing presentations and reports.
