Birchrose Associates are recruiting for a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist at a reputable firm based in Staffordshire to start ASAP, for 3-6 months + in duration.The OpportunityWe are partnering with a reputable, friendly firm in Staffordshire to recruit for a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Locum Legal Executive to cover whilst the firm recruit on a permanent basis. The role is anticipated to last 3-6 months whilst the firm recruit on a permanent basis. The Private Client Locum can work 3 or 4 days per week but must be based in their office. ResponsibilitiesThe successful Locum will manage a caseload of often complex private client matters for HNW clients including:
- Trusts
- Tax
- Estates
- Probate matters
The locum will benefit from highly experienced secretarial support and support from the Head of Department.

Requirements
- At least 7 years' experience as a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Experience handling busy caseloads of private client work including Tax, Trust and Estate work
- Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
