The Role:
So, what will you be doing as a Power Systems Engineering Manager?

- Drive continuous improvements in engineering workflows, ensuring consistent, efficient delivery across the product range.
- Utilize a sustainable "reduce, reuse, recycle" approach in product development, ensuring cost efficiency and standardization.
- Act as the technical lead for customer interactions, ensuring clear communication of solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate bid activities with sales and product management, ensuring accurate technical inputs and alignment with customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring smooth project execution and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
What are we looking for in our next Power Systems Engineering Manager?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing engineering teams, with a focus on product design and delivery.
- A strong track record of applying engineering processes and governance to product development cycles.
- Experience managing teams through complex product delivery challenges, balancing multiple priorities, and ensuring timely project completion.
- Familiarity with power electronics is beneficial, but expertise in product design and delivery is essential.
