Content Creator/ Digital Marketing SpecialistFTC - 10 months - Remote Work (occasional travel to office in Stafford may be required)Salary: £35k

Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be working with a global business who are looking for a Content Specialist to join their team on a minimum 10 months contract basis.

As a Content Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping, managing, and publishing HR, Pay, and Benefits-related content for employees in over 100 countries. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that the content is not only accurate but also user-friendly and engaging.

THE ROLE:

Some of your responsibilities as a Content Creator

• Develop and manage HR content strategy across a global organisation
• Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts
• Work closely with third party technology providers to ensure content delivery
• Analyse and tailor content for different audiences
• Prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Drive innovation and improvements in content accessibility and quality

THE CANDIDATE:

• Proven experience in content management, content strategy or related roles
• Creative thinker with a passion for simplifying complex information
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to work effectively with teams at different levels of the organization
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality content
• Experience of content management systems is an advantage
