Pay Rate: £20 - £25 per hour

This role involves triaging referrals, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and professionals to support children with ADHD and Autism This flexible role offers the opportunity to manage your workload around your lifestyle while providing essential support to patients in their homes or community settings.Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide expert nursing care to patients in their homes or community environments.
  • Engage in parental discussions for comprehensive triage.
  • Conduct neurodevelopmental screenings of referrals.
  • Liaise with schools and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure effective communication.
  • Clearly communicate triage outcomes to referrers.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Essential experience in ADHD, Autism, or Child Health.
  • Ability to triage referrals and justify decisions effectively.
  • Strong communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
  • Registered Nurse Qualification with valid NMC registration.
