Hours are 8-5 Mon-Thurs and 8-2 Fri

£10.97 per hour

Job Purpose of Key Office / Vehicle Controller:

Support commercial and production team’s activities to ensure vehicles are logged, booked on and off the system in an efficient manner. This includes supporting and developing methods of working and systems to increase output and improve the workplace environment.

Occasional light manual duties will be required to suit the needs of the business, e.g. wiring looms.

Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure all vehicle (new and de-fleet) are booked on to the system in an efficient and timely manner.
• Distribute keys to production operatives and contractors ensuring the correct paperwork is filled in.
• Log returned keys back in to the system.
• Book completed jobs off the Van man system.
• Update the appropriate spreadsheets with the correct vehicle information.
• Ensure that all production targets are met at optimum efficiency.
• Ensure all quality standards and systems are met.
• Must be responsible for your own work.
• Take responsibility for housekeeping in your own, and your team’s area.
• Adherence to all company Health & Safety procedures.
• Any other duties relevant to the role of Vehicle Controller.
