What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of mental health patients. In this role, you will:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments
  • Create and implement personalised care plans
  • Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
  • Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and valid GPhC registration
  • Experience working with mental health patients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a flexible working position, requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (open to 4 days) with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
