My client are a leading Painting/Decorating and Property Maintenance Contractor operating throughout the UK. They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team, based in Stafford.

As the Quantity Surveyor, your duties and responsibilities will include:

Prepare CVR reports and forecasts.
Identify opportunities to improve margins.
Manage costs effectively.
Measure, price, and evaluate tenders.
Administer and manage sub-contractor accounts.
Supervise other surveyors on commercial matters.
Produce and submit applications for payment.
