INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR
Staffordshire
Park Avenue are working closely with a Local Authority in Staffordshire who require 2x Interim Estates Surveyors. The hiring manager is our contractor, so we're working exclusively on this for an initial period.
The role will involve you completing general estates management duties on their small commercial and operational portfolios; rent reviews, lease renewals, L&T, wayleaves etc.
Although not essential, they're keen to hear from candidates who have:
- Experience in annual asset valuations. Don't have to be a registered valuer, just managing the process.
- Experience managing a backlog of service charges - trophy office buildings, heritage sites, industrial estates
This is a 3-month initial contract (with an extension likely). You'll be in the office 1 day per week. Site inspections should be on an additional day each week (manage own diary with this)
MRICS required.
Interviews on Oct 16th, 17th, 18th & 21st, with an ideal start date of Oct 28th.
