I am looking for a Planned Works Surveyor to join a Repairs & Maintenance company operating in Staffordshire. The Planned Works Surveyor will be responsible for surveys in social housing properties, overseeing a group of external contractors. Business Mileage will be provided for all site based travel.

Planned Works Surveyor duties:

Support achieving the planned delivery budget on projects
Lead and Manage the sites operational staff, to establish its full contribution to the organisation
Carry out post inspections, signing off completed works

What is required for the role:

Experience managing external contractors
Knowledge surrounding social housing and planned maintenance
Surveying experience for a minimum of 3 years within property
