Our client is a leading food business who supply to a variety of the major retailers. As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Technical Compliance Manager to join their business.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

* Implement industry-leading standards and procedures to ensure full compliance with food manufacturing regulations and codes of practice.
* Act as the primary contact for customer and audit bodies, arranging and leading site visits and audits.
* Conduct GAP analyses of COP and standards, communicating results and implementing necessary changes.
* Work with the Technical and Operations team to identify true root causes of non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
* Serve as the HACCP Team Leader, managing team meetings, training, and ensuring new products fit within site scope.
* Manage site traceability programs and internal audits to comply with BRCGS and customer standards.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement through right-first-time practices and sustainable corrective actions.
* Support the Head of Technical and management team with BRCGS certification and customer audits.
* Foster a strong food safety culture to prevent process deviations impacting product safety, quality, and legality.
* Actively involve in KPI management, showing continuous improvement and effective corrective action.
