The Role:

As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who is passionate about inspiring young minds and helping students achieve their full potential in the world of science.

You will:

Deliver engaging and effective science lessons to students in a variety of year groups.
Develop and implement a diverse and dynamic curriculum that inspires a love for science.
Promote student development, both academically and personally, ensuring all students have the opportunity to succeed.
Work collaboratively with a supportive team of teaching professionals.
Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, productive learning environment.
Use innovative teaching techniques and resources to enhance the student learning experience.
Required:

A qualified teacher with a relevant degree in Science or a related field.
Have strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Science.
Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or be eligible for QTS.
Experience in teaching science at KS3 and KS4 is desirable.
Excellent communication skills with a dedication to supporting students' academic and personal growth.
An ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
A DBS on the update service or the willingness to purchase a new one.
