Exciting opportunities have arisen at Staffordshire County Council, for Family Practitioners to join welcoming and supportive teams across the County.
As a Family Practitioner you will be the key worker for Children and Families. You will lead on early help assessments and plans, complete direct work with children and families. You will also work alongside Social Workers to support Children in Need, Children on Child Protection Plans and Children in Care. You will accurately record information on Staffordshire's system and have regular supervision and support.
