An established organisation in the property sector is looking for an Interim Financial Accountant to join their finance team.
Key Responsibilities will include :
- Managing team of 3 and overseeing the Purchase Ledger, Payroll and Revenue Accounting
- Manage monthly ledger close process, ensuring all journals and reconciliations are completed
- Maintaining fixed asset register
- Lead on rent accounting, liaising with stakeholders as necessary
- Submission of regulatory returns
- Oversee the monthly payroll process
To succeed in the Role :
- Ideally ACCA or CIMA Qualified
- 5 years Financial Accounting and controls experience
- Team management
- Excellent Communication skills
- Good all round business acumen with a keen eye for process improvement and problem solver
