Our client is seeking a Bookkeeper who is accurate with good communication skills and a timely manner. You will maintain the Finance framework, manage adherence enhancement to the Finance policy procedures and processes, ensure accurate records are kept of all financial controls and have strong double entry bookkeeping skills. You will manage document filing and all aspects of financial records to comply with HMRC guidance and be responsible for month end process to provide accurate accounts for monthly Management Accounts as well as responsible for Year End process to ensure all financial data is captured, reconciled, and recorded ahead of accountant sign off. Other duties will include Payroll & Pension control and UK VAT returns.

The successful candidate will have a People Management Approach, be able to promote policy (processes and control measures) and be able to use a range of software including email, spreadsheets and databases to support the efficient running of the business.

You will have excellent organisational skills, time-management skills and attention to detail. It is essential that you have strong Financial, IT, administrative, research & management reporting skills and a knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and other commonly used office packages (Pipedrive & QuickBooks).
