Join Our Business Development Team Role: Business Development Executive
Cosmetic Surgery (Remote / Flexible)

We are expanding our Business Development Team to support the growth of our international cosmetic surgery services, with procedures carried out by expert surgeons in Istanbul. If you're highly connected, a natural communicator, and have a genuine interest in cosmetic procedures this is your chance to join a growing business and earn generously through commission.

About the Role Youll play a key role in driving client referrals and building trusted relationships with individuals interested in cosmetic surgery abroad. Whether you're networking in person or online, your job is to generate leads, consult on our services, and guide potential clients toward taking the next step.

What Youll Do Promote our Istanbul-based cosmetic surgery services to your personal and professional network
Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients Maintain regular communication and offer guidance throughout the decision making process
Represent the brand with professionalism, discretion, and warmth
Work flexibly when and how you want to fit around your lifestyle

What We're Looking For
A basic understanding of cosmetic surgery procedures and patient needs
A strong and active network in person or online where you can share and promote our services
Excellent social and communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Experience in sales or lead generation is a bonus, but not essential
