Position: Head of Marketing Salary: £80,000-£85,000 + benefits Based: Egham Hybrid working 

Position Overview: As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will oversee the delivery of impactful marketing and communications projects across the organization. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the reputational and commercial growth of the organisation and supporting our market-leading services. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns that align with the Marketing & Sales strategy.
  • Regularly reporting on all marketing activity to the executive and adjusting your team's approach in line with market feedback, analytic reporting and industry changes.
  • Maintaining the brand and developing the organisations value proposition.
  • Managing and developing the social media strategy to improve customer and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaboration with sales, senior management, external affairs and the product development team.

To be successful in this role we would expect:

  • Demonstrable experience in creating and delivering a wide range of campaigns and marketing strategies.
  • Experience in accreditation would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience in internal corporate communications and employee engagement.
  • A strong commercial mindset.
  • Experience in end-to-end project delivery.
  • An ability to manage a multidisciplinary team (i.e. marketing, communications and events management.)
