As the Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the centre complies with all statutory obligations and relevant legislations, including the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
- Providing leadership to the team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and maintaining clear standards of care.
- Managing the 24-hour operation of the centre, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
- Ensuring all individuals have an up-to-date care plan that is regularly evaluated.
- Overseeing the management of medications, ensuring safe storage, administering, recording, and disposal in line with guidelines.
- Managing the centre's budgets and maintaining stock control.
- Acting as a Clinical Governance lead for the centre, promoting safe, effective, and high-quality care delivery.
