Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready for a new challenge? Our client, a reputable care centre based in Staines-Upon-Thames, is looking for a dedicated individual to take on the 24-hour management of their centre, ensuring the highest standards of care are met in line with the Health and Social Care Act 2008.

This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 along with a host of benefits and a bonus. As the Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the centre complies with all statutory obligations and relevant legislations, including the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
  • Providing leadership to the team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and maintaining clear standards of care.
  • Managing the 24-hour operation of the centre, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
  • Ensuring all individuals have an up-to-date care plan that is regularly evaluated.
  • Overseeing the management of medications, ensuring safe storage, administering, recording, and disposal in line with guidelines.
  • Managing the centre's budgets and maintaining stock control.
  • Acting as a Clinical Governance lead for the centre, promoting safe, effective, and high-quality care delivery.
