Job Title: Employee Relations Advisor

Location: Heathrow

Salary: c£42k per annum (depending on experience)

Reed are delighted to have engaged with this leading Aviation organisation who are looking for a dedicated and experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their busy HR team.  This role will involve managing a high volume of ER cases, providing advice and guidance to managers and ensuring that all requests are dealt with in a timely manner.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of employee relations issues.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure alignment of employee relations practices with overall HR strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

Qualifications:

  • CIPD would be advantageous 
  • Proven experience in an employee relations role, preferably within a large organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
