Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Air Import Clerk for a well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Staines-upon-Thames, Middlesex area.
The Role:-As an Air Freight Import Clerk, you will support our airfreight import services by ensuring all air import shipments undertake their journeys successfully.Managing Day-to-Day shipments from start to finish, you will raise import Job files, complete Import Customs declarations, arrange final mile deliveries (Groupage/Special) according to customers’ requirements and deadlines, and issue final invoices to relevant parties on Job completion.About You:-To be considered as an Air Freight Import Clerk, you will need:-- Freight Experience is essential- Import Customs clearance experience is essential- The ability to prioritise and organise workloads- Excellent IT skills, including MS Word and Excel- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Cargowise Software & ASM Sequoia knowledge is preferable
