My client is a legal 500 law firm, currently looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to lead their team in SW London.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse and comprehensive private client caseload.
  • Take on leadership responsibilities by heading a division within the Private Client Department.
  • Supervise and mentor more junior members of team
  • Contribute to the continued growth and enhancement of the firm’s strong reputation in private client services.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with other professionals, including accountants, financial advisers, and care agencies, to provide well-rounded advice to clients.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or STEP Member with substantial experience in Private Client law.
  • Ideally, 4-5 years of experience in managing a diverse caseload of private client matters.
  • Proven ability to mentor and support junior team members.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a busy, high-volume caseload independently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and professional referrers.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Proven financial acumen and a commercial mindset.
