Job Summary: My client is looking for a dedicated and organised Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing support to the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily reports and liaise with relevant staff.
- Use office systems to check and ensure accuracy of data.
- Manage financial transactions and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Administer and promote online payment systems to replace cash transactions.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment for all visitors and staff.
- Organize and maintain office filing systems and records.
- Issue visitor badges and perform identification checks as necessary.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and polite manner.
- Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments.
- Complete and submit required reports and documentation.
- Perform general office duties, including word processing, copying, and distribution of materials.
- Communicate office activities and updates to stakeholders via various channels.
- Coordinate office events and services.
- Manage communication platforms, including social media and newsletters.
- Perform first aid duties and maintain first aid records (if applicable).
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain and update office systems and databases.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- First Aid certification (preferred but not essential).
