Job Summary:  My client is looking for a dedicated and organised Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing support to the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily reports and liaise with relevant staff.
  • Use office systems to check and ensure accuracy of data.
  • Manage financial transactions and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Administer and promote online payment systems to replace cash transactions.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment for all visitors and staff.
  • Organize and maintain office filing systems and records.
  • Issue visitor badges and perform identification checks as necessary.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and polite manner.
  • Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Complete and submit required reports and documentation.
  • Perform general office duties, including word processing, copying, and distribution of materials.
  • Communicate office activities and updates to stakeholders via various channels.
  • Coordinate office events and services.
  • Manage communication platforms, including social media and newsletters.
  • Perform first aid duties and maintain first aid records (if applicable).
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain and update office systems and databases.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • First Aid certification (preferred but not essential).
